The hourly rate begins when we arrive at your pick-up address. It ends when we finish at the destination address. A minimum of 2 hours applies to all bookings. Charging is done in increments of 15 minutes.

Final payment must be settled on the day of the move with credit card (Visa / Mastercard only) or cash. Should you wish to cancel your booking, your $100 deposit is fully-refundable up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled move.

The work of our experienced and cautious removalists are covered under Hire A Movers insurance policy. We nonetheless recommend taking out insurance to protect yourself for things outside of our control. You can obtain a quote here.

Every move is different and depends on a number of factors including the number of items being moved, parking accessibility, the level of your apartment, access to your home (e.g. stairs or lifts), and the distance of the transit journey.
